Claude
Claude is Anthropic’s assistant, available on the web, as desktop apps and on iOS and Android. The models come in tiers: Haiku (fast), Sonnet (balanced), Opus (most capable for everyday heavy work) and Fable (Anthropic’s top model, available on higher plans).
What it does now
- Web search, file creation, code execution and Artifacts: Claude can build documents, charts and small apps you can use straight away.
- Research for multi-step, cited investigations (Pro and above).
- Memory, projects and connectors to bring in your own tools and data.
- Claude Code, Anthropic’s agentic coding tool, included from Pro up.
- Claude in Chrome, Claude for Microsoft 365, Claude Dashboards (beta), and task handoff and scheduling on paid plans.
- Voice mode on every plan, including Free.
